Submitting Your Artwork
After placing an order on our website, you can send us your print ready files by any of the following methods:
- Using the Upload Artwork link on this page.
- Email: sales@logoexecutives.com
- File sharing sites like DropBox or Hightail.

If you need our design services and have selected "Artwork Needed" under a product category, a staff member will contact you after we receive your completed & paid order. For a custom art quote, call us at (702) 589-6429 to speak to a graphic designer.

CMYK or Grayscale, 300 dpi, flattened, no layers, saved as PDF, TIF or JPG. Image size must be set to the trim size plus 1/8" bleed all around if necessary.

Publisher, Word, Powerpoint and other non-graphics software will require charges for conversion.
Preparing Your Digital Files
Bleeds: Bleed is a printed image, graphic or background that extends beyond the trim edge. For cutting purposes, bleeds must extend 1/8" beyond intended trim. For Example....a finished full page flyer design of 8.5 x 11 should be sized to 8.625 x 11.125 with the background image extending out to this size. A business card whose finished size is 3.5 x 2 should be 3.625 x 2.125 with bleed. Make your background graphics, image or color extend out to the bleed size which is simply your final size plus .125 added to each dimension.
Borders: Borders and text must be at least 1/8" inside the trim edge.
Rich Black: Black backgrounds run best with a mixture of 60% Cyan, 60% Magenta, 60% Yellow and 100% Black.
Resolution:
Color & Grayscale images: 300 dpi at 100%.
Large Format (posters, backdrops and large prints) 150 dpi at 100%
Colors: Color images must be saved as CMYK. Color conversions from Pantone to CMYK may produce unexpected results. There will be a charge for converting RGB images to CMYK.
Color Proofs: Color proofs for high volume jobs can be ordered for an additional charge. We don't guarantee an exact match to the color proof on our high volume, gang run jobs. Digital Indigo Press jobs include one free color proof produced from the digital press. Changes made after the proof will incur additional re-RIP charges. Email proofs (softproofs) are available upon request, however, LOGO EXECUTIVES will not be responsible for color variations between your monitor and the finished job.
Scanning Services: We are responsible for color matching the media we scan. We cannot be responsible for color matching images scanned elsewhere. Further color adjustments will incur PhotoShop charges at $80 per hour.
Booklet work: Files must be arranged in printer spreads.
Uploading Your Artwork: Files must be compressed into a single .sit or .zip file before sending. You can use Stuffit or ZipIt for the Macintosh, or WinZip for the PC, available at Download.com.
